4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Marin Top Cleaning are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the quote request. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, condition of the premises, and any additional services requested. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual conditions differ significantly from what was described or expected.

Payment terms, including due dates and billing frequency, will be agreed upon between Marin Top Cleaning and the client prior to the commencement of services. For recurring services, payment schedules will be established as part of the service agreement.

6. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

We operate Monday through Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Scheduling is arranged directly with our team via phone or email.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent by Marin Top Cleaning.

8. Access and Preparation

To ensure efficient and thorough cleaning, clients are responsible for:

Providing safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed-upon time.

Securing valuables, confidential documents, and sensitive materials prior to the cleaning appointment.

Informing us of any special instructions, security protocols, or access codes as needed.

Ensuring a safe working environment free from hazards.

Marin Top Cleaning is not responsible for items left unsecured in the cleaning area.

9. Liability and Limitations

Marin Top Cleaning takes great care in providing our services. However, please note the following:

We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, furniture, or equipment.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Property Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during our cleaning services, clients must report the damage within 48 hours of the service date.
